secret summit adventures

A very special and different way to hike on the front face of Table Mountain. This will test your mountaineering skills and fears of height, but at the same time we will take extra safety along the route and diverse as required during the hike and assessment of skill levels.

This route is very unique and away from the crowds.. bucket list stuff!

We recommend taking a taxi/Uber to the meeting spot. However, if you do have a car, parking during peak times can sometimes be limited.

We will meet at lower cable car station on Tafelberg Road.

Have questions? Here's the most frequently asked.

Is there parking available?

Parking is available at each tour’s starting location, but we normally recommend taking an Uber/Taxi.

Are children allowed?

For the hiking experiences, we do not recommend bringing along children under 12. However, if the parent feels that their child is capable of hiking up a mountain, the possibility can be discussed with the guide beforehand.

For food/beach experiences children are welcome, bearing in mind that it will still be the parent’s responsibility to ensure children are safe in the water/beach at all times.

What if I have dietary restrictions or allergies?

Please be sure and let us know if you (or anyone in your group) has a dietary restriction (e.g. vegetarian, vegan, intolerances etc) when you purchase your tickets. As long as we know in advance, we can accommodate your needs.

Are bathrooms available during the tour?

We are mostly in nature, therefore, there are no public toilets available.

What do we do in case of bad weather?

Our experiences are weather dependent. The guides will always check the weather reports and if it is too windy/misty/rainy we will have to cancel the experience. Guests will receive a full refund in that case and hopefully we can reschedule. That’s Cape Town for you… four seasons in one day!
